Justin brings more than two decades of coaching experience to Drive, working with everyone from first-time gym members to high-level athletes. With a master’s degree in Sport Psychology and a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Utah, he blends the mental and physical sides of performance into practical, personal coaching.

Trevor is a co-owner of Drive with more than 20 years of training experience. He coaches a wide range of clients with equal parts technical care and genuine encouragement. A former collegiate baseball player with a degree in Exercise and Sport Science, Trevor is passionate about helping people feel better—physically and mentally.

Kaela Liebroder

Kaela Liebroder has been a professional in the fitness industry since 2012. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Weight-Loss Specialist, Group Training Specialist, and Corrective Exercise Specialist. She graduated from the University of Utah in 2016 with a double bachelor’s in Exercise and Sport Science and the Master’s Nutrition program.
Kaela is passionate about her work and enjoys helping all kinds of people. She is known for her energetic personality and for writing very specific, individualized programs for her clients. Kaela works with people looking to feel better, lose weight, prevent injury, recover from injuries, or simply get and stay fit.
Kaela leads by example. Some of her hobbies include hiking, running, weightlifting, surfing, boxing, and anything fitness related. Kaela loves to travel, spend time with her two kids, and is relentless in her pursuit to help people reach their full potential. Anyone who has worked with Kaela knows that she often cares as much as, if not more than, the client and is driven by helping people.

Brent Howell

Brent Howell is a Certified Personal Trainer and Healthspan Coach who helps adults 45+ build strength, improve mobility, move with greater confidence with less pain, and remain active for the things that matter most. As someone at a similar stage of life to many of his clients, Brent understands the challenges of aging and brings both professional expertise and personal experience to his coaching.
Brent is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), NASM Senior Fitness Specialist (SFS), and Pain-Free Performance Specialist (PPSC). His coaching emphasizes safe, purposeful training tailored to each client’s abilities, goals, and lifestyle.
Outside of Drive Corrective Fitness, Brent enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren. He also loves fly-fishing, hiking, backpacking, camping, and exploring the outdoors.
